Hi there

Couldn\’t agree more I was going to visit Sierra Nevada for the first time this new year and go skiing, but my Spanish friends all backed out at the last moment (*sigh*). My brother visited a little bit of the area of the Picos de Europa, he loved it! I would love to take a look at some of the caves there, some of the deepest in the world, but I guess i wouldn\’t be able to enter without training/experience, still maybe one day

With this plugin it will only ping when you publish the post, not when you edit it. I don\’t believe you\’ll have any problem with ths XML sitemap plugin, i use it on all my sites and I can see from my logs that it continues to pin OK. The plugin doesn\’t come with a list of services you have to add your own list, see my ping list post.

yep, he monetizes his plugins via the newsletter. From what i understand very few people ever donate, he probably makes a lot more money from his plugins via the newsletter, not to mention he\’s able to promote his own paid plugins.

So sorry for not getting back to you before, this blog has really got put to one side, something i really need to put right now in 2011 . Yes I know cofrentes, but i haven't actually been there, i've seen some interesting things to go visit on Google Earth around there and it's one of my intended future visiting locations, yes i would like to see photos (I'll email this to you). As for other places google los fuentes del algar (it's near benidorm), it's kind of a more commercial version of pou clar. Great plugins. I was already a fan of All in One SEO and Akismet. After reading this I installed Google XML Sitemaps and Global Translator which both work a treat and both highly recommended.

I run some plugins on my blog that I fear may cause my site to be flagged as a ping spammer:
1) Standard WordPress pinging when creating / updating content.
2) Sitemap pings from XML Sitemap plugin
3) Pods plugin pings – does this plugin ping when pods content is created / updated? If so what services does it ping?

I also read that XML sitemaps pings automatically every hour. Is my site at risk and what are the thresholds for ping spam?

Great video. Spain's such a great place for hiking with so many mountain ranges. I particularly like the Sierra Nevada, Picos de Europa and my personal favourite The Pyrenees. Look forward to viewing more of your videos. Phil
